Position Overview
As Community Coordinator, you are the go-to person for the community. You know each and every one of our members and you help them with whatever they need. You are responsible for ensuring our members receive efficient and superior levels of service.
You will be driving community success and executing activation programs and events that captivate our members and amplify the community experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the onboarding process and ensuring members gets the most out of their membership as well as how to use the space, channels, tools available to connect with other members or mentors
- Design and implement new services, events and programs for the community as well as refining current ones
- Host our community and push community related communications to members via our online platform, media channels and in-space communication
- Be available at the front desk when required during the day and answer any questions, help members troubleshoot when they have tried a process themselves and need support

- Some flexibility with adhoc and after-hours working hours
You do not need IT experience for this job, but you must be comfortable with software tools and ready to learn new systems. We have vendors available to support our IT infrastructure but need someone on-site to support and address day-to-day issues.
