PARTNERSHIPS COORDINATOR
This position is responsible for building and maintaining strong partnerships within the ecosystem. You will need previous business development experience along with a proven ability to develop new relationships and convert these prospects to partners. FINANCE & ACCOUNTS MANAGER
The Finance Manager will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing, reporting and controlling all financial-related activities of the company. MARKETING COORDINATOR
This role is designed for a proactive marketer who is not just about selling a product, but about advocating for our community as well. PLUS EIGHT PROGRAM FACILITATOR
The scope of the role is focused on delivering Plus Eight pre-accelerator programs, including Startup Weekend, Leap and Sprint. A Working knowledge of startup and innovation and ideations toolkits e.g. customer validation, customer centric design process, lean canvas etc. is required. Learn more, and submit your application here.

PROGRAM COORDINATOR (Sydney-based role)
This role is responsible for overseeing our flagship program, She Codes, as it runs in Sydney for the first time. It will be a requirement that the person filling this position is available during work hours, as well as Tuesdays 5.30-8.30pm and Saturdays 9-1pm as a friendly, familiar face for the She Codes cohort. This role will also include connecting with the local tech community, going to meetups and events, and connecting with mentors and industry partners. Learn more, and submit your application here.

 

SENIOR OPERATIONS & CAREERS MANAGER (Brisbane-based role)
This is a senior role in the She Codes team, working closely with the Founder around the strategy to grow the operations and delivery of She Codes programs Australia-wide. TECHNICAL CONTENT MANAGER & MENTOR (Remote role)
The Technical Content Manager & Mentor is responsible for the overall content and delivery of the teaching components of the She Codes programs. In some instances this may mean the actual teaching and delivery, and in other instances this may be training and supporting the lead mentor in the lead up to the program, giving and receiving feedback, and providing suggestions for continuous improvement.
