The Spacecubed team is growing, and we have a range of exciting job opportunities now open, including roles in sales, events and business development. As a team we have a shared mission to empower and support 1 million change-makers and entrepreneurs by 2030. We do this through our Australia-wide flexible workspaces and growth programs. Sales and Space Coordinator
The Sales and Space Coordinator will be responsible for supporting all incoming enquiries for our Australia-wide flexible workspaces, including Riff, Fern and FLUX. They will be the main point of contact on the Spacecubed phone number and joint inbox, assist the sales team in creating and maintaining member relationships including taking Perth CBD space tours and assisting with the preparation of sales reports and other analysis. To be successful in this role, you must be a highly organised and motivated individual, willing to provide support to the sales team, assist with client communication and help with the coordination of all sales activities. Events and Ecosystem Coordinator
The Events and Ecosystem Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support, event coordination and project delivery for the Innovative Society Initiative. This includes coordinating logistics, project management and helping the team run seamlessly. The role requires strong organisational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively. The Events and Ecosystem Coordinator will also be based out of Riff and will undertake basic operational tasks including the opening and closing of the space. Business Development - Programs
The Business Development person for leading national programs will be
responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for the company, as well as managing business development for existing programs, including She Codes and Plus Eight. This includes researching and analysing potential markets, identifying key players and trends, and developing strategies for capturing new business. The individual will also be responsible for negotiating and closing deals. The role requires strong communication, and sales management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. The successful applicant must be passionate about entrepreneurship and innovation, and be an advocate for the WA startup community by proactively attending outside events. A background in business development, sales, or a related field is preferred. Find out more here


Business Development - Partnerships

This unique position has been created to be responsible for driving the future growth of the Innovative Society Initiative. You will do this by identifying and approaching additional partners to support and expand the Fund, and Initiative as a whole, strategically building this support and expansion, and maintaining these relationships as strong, collaborative partnerships over time. You will need strong previous strategy, partnerships and initiative or project-based business development experience along with a proven ability to identify and develop new relationships and to convert relevant prospects, from a social enterprise, philanthropic, charitable or a corporate context. The ideal applicant must be excellent at identifying, creating and building strategic and meaningful partnership relationships across industry, universities and government, ideally in relation to WA's  innovation ecosystem and related sectors including arts, culture and the environment.
