# The Future of Flex Working

Many businesses that would have never considered remote working for their teams before, have now discovered that productivity levels haven’t dropped, in fact, in many cases, they’ve gone up. So, as we all slowly start to return to the office after living in a world where working from home was the norm, and not the exception, more employers may be willing to embrace new, flexible working solutions.

The ultimate flexible solution, allowing you to work when, where and how you please. Instead of committing to two or three days a week, your Multipass gives you access to a range of drop in days so you can access our space on demand.
**TeamDesking**
Bring your team back together with our new TeamDesking membership. Available for teams of 4, 6 and 10 to work together, from 1 to 5 days per week. Enjoy a whole block of desks for a day and bring your remote team together, taking comfort in the fact you're working in a clean space only accessed throughout the day by your team members.
**Meeting Room Membership**
If you’re still meeting clients or hosting external meetings, our Meeting Room membership will give you on-demand access to a variety of spaces. Book the rooms as you need them, with our no-hassle solution.
