The Western Sydney Startup Hub, powered by Spacecubed is a unique space with a rich history that has been transformed into a modern site, with a focus on supporting startups.
The heritage building has not only been fit with premium amenities, coworking areas and private offices for entrepreneurs and small businesses, but also has a range of event spaces and meeting rooms available for hire.

Networking Events
The Main Hall is the perfect venue for networking or holding a launch event where you can impress your guests with the beautiful interior design, featuring a large open space with high ceilings.
This space can hold up to 110 people in cocktail style and is ideal for self-serve catered events with high buffet tables to set food and drink on, plus easy access to a commercial kitchen.
The Main Hall is also home to our interactive wall where visitors can learn about the history of the North Parramatta Heritage Precinct which can double up as a screen to share your own material to enhance your event. You can also take advantage of our premium audio equipment for music and presentations to keep guests entertained.
Workshops
The Green Room is frequently used for workshops of around 30 people with a variety of layout options and its own kitchen for convenience. This room is tech savvy with its own conference camera installed in the ceiling which can project live footage onto the TV screen and is handy for live streams.
Pitch Nights
If you’re looking for a venue to hold a pitch night or presentation, our Large Event Space can comfortably hold up to 100 people in theatre style. Make use of our smart TV, whiteboard, microphones and speakers to present seamlessly to the group.
Large events of this nature may also choose to make use of the Main Hall for registrations and networking prior to moving upstairs to this private room.
Meetings
The Western Sydney Startup Hub Boardroom can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people, and includes a catering station. This room has an extra large TV and camera to hold meetings virtually, as well as capabilities to mirror your screen to share with your team.
For meetings with a maximum of 6 people, there are two smaller meeting rooms available that can be booked on an hourly basis, also featuring a TV and camera.
Podcasting
The newest edition to the Western Sydney Startup Hub is a brand new podcasting studio fitted out with state of the art audio equipment suitable for up to 4 people. Stay tuned for updates about the upcoming launch!
