With a strong focus on a seamless experience for his clients. Read about how his journey with Spacecubed has been so far!How did your startup journey begin?**It started 4 years ago in Melbourne when I saw a gap in the accounting industry where client needs were not aligned with the services that most traditional accountants were offering. I also disliked how inefficiency in the way some accountants worked, which led to them having less time to speak to the clients which I believe is a crucial. Especially in the accounting industry, where technology is moving fast enough to replace traditional accountants. **What are you working on at the moment?**I am currently working on a mobile app that will make life easier for all my taxation clients. My goal is to constantly look for ways to make my client's life easier. **What do you love most about the Spacecubed community?**The fact that everybody is full of positive energy and vibes. Everyone here has a story that they are willing to share, and ideas they talk about for feedback. It's really a place where great ideas are born! **Who would you like to connect with most?**Pretty much everyone who is happy to share what they are working on and anyone who wants to have a chat to find out if I can be of help to their great ideas. The services I offer include tax return lodgement, bookkeeping, outsourcing opportunities to businesses & structural advice. **Can you share with us a success story you've achieved during your time at Spacecubed/Flux?**I would say the biggest success during my time at Spacecubed is in seeing more customers who understood and appreciate how differently I help them as an accountant. Clients I helped at Spacecubed are referring more friends and family members to me and I find this the most satisfying form of marketing - personal and effective. **What do you hope to achieve in 2017?**I am hoping to share with a larger audience how differently I service my clients compared to traditional accountants.
