How did your startup/business journey begin?
Starting out as an accounting business, we knew first hand the benefits that outsourcing could bring to the table. With a highly developed business environment and a skilled English-speaking, hard-working workforce, we pinpointed the Philippines as our business destination, tested the model ourselves, succeeded, and Deployed was born.
We identified that outsourcing companies were not building relationships with their clients, leaving them feeling unsupported, frustrated and unprepared, giving us an advantage. We offer businesses exclusive, dedicated full-time employees recruited specifically for their needs. Along with senior managers working hand in hand with businesses, we take care of the Recruitment, HR, Payroll, Timekeeping, Legal Compliance, Internet and Office Environment.
What are you working on at the moment?
With a rapidly growing client base and significant success to date we are scaling quickly. Our operations currently house 250 employees that work remotely from our offices in Manila for businesses in Australia and New Zealand, and we are working with more and more businesses to allow them the opportunity to scale their operations in a cost-effective way. Essentially, we are expanding because you are! And plan to take over more space this year and build stronger relationships.
What do you love about being a part of the Spacecubed community?
To understand what our clients need, I need to understand the community and network, being part of this community allows me to meet, learn and understand the challenges that local businesses face, support them, learn and understand new markets along with making new friends. I have been welcomed with open arms and delighted to be surrounded by such inspirational people.
Can you share with us one of your favourite success stories?
Nearly all of our clients have started with one remote employee and have rapidly grown to larger teams, taking the day to day tasks from the local staff that can have their time spent better elsewhere has allowed businesses to grow, generate more revenue and create more jobs both in Manila and AUS/NZ.

What do you hope to achieve in 2020?
In 2020 we would like to have helped another 50+ businesses find success with us. We understand our clients’ needs at a deeper level and have a dedicated team that works hand in hand with businesses to ensure they are looked after. We want to be the go-to partner with the reputation of creating results.
