The WA State Government issued an update to the lockdown order last night, advising that the stay-at-home order would be lifted from 6pm today (Friday, the 5th of February), unless things change before 6pm today or over the weekend.

This is a great outcome and it means that all Spacecubed spaces will be open from Monday the 8th of February. We want to thank all our members who have followed the Government guidelines and helped us keep our members and the community safe.

In the post-lockdown transition plan, The WA State Government had mandated interim restrictions. Actions we are taking to keep our members and the broader community safe are:

  • Masks will have to be worn at all times in the spaces
  • On arrival please register using the SafeWA app and continue to practice social distancing
  • A 4 square metre rule will be applied to all open spaces and meeting rooms. We will have signs in all our spaces and  meeting rooms indicating maximum capacity. Our team will help manage your meeting requirements while adhering to the restrictions.
  • Events can go ahead as scheduled, as long as the capacity is restricted to abide by the 4 square metre rule. Our team will be in contact with event organisers to update you on the maximum capacity of our event spaces.
  • We will carry out additional cleaning in all public spaces and kitchens. Hand sanitisers are available in space entrances/lobbies and alcohol wipes will be available for members to clean desks etc.
  • Please share this email with your team and ensure they are across the health advice.

Full details of the updated restrictions and updates from the WA Government Department of Health can be found here

We will keep our community updated through our social media and if anything changes we will update members through email. Your continued support in supporting these measures is greatly appreciated. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out to us at info@spacecubed.com
