Today, he leads a global consultancy driving brand and digital transformations for the world’s leading institutions, technology enterprises, airlines and retailers.

Ash was a Founding Partner at Polymath Ventures, a venture studio launching high-growth technology companies in emerging markets. Since 2012, Polymath Ventures has launched 8 companies, raised US$35M and grown to a group of 250 staff in 4 countries.

Rachael Neumann
As Head of Startups in Australia & New Zealand for Amazon Web Services, Rachael is passionate about helping companies scale and increase their impact impact through differentiated customer experiences and new product development.
Educated in the States with an undergraduate degree from Stanford University and two Masters degrees from Columbia University, Rachael has bounced between Australia and the US for the last ten years and now proudly calls Melbourne home.
