What are you working on at the moment?
I am currently working on a range of projects including sourcing new commercial office accommodation, providing strategic corporate real estate advice and research for corporates and government. This includes the development of leading research and insights into the dynamics of the Perth commercial office market.
What do you love about being a part of the Spacecubed community?
I was initially involved in providing corporate real estate advice to Brodie McCulloch for the expansion of the 45 St Georges Terrace “Riff” premises and saw the vibrant and collaborative nature of the business. When it was time for me to establish my own practise, it was natural to include myself in this environment. The engagement amongst community members operating across a wide range of industries enables me to remain nimble whilst having access to some of Perth's best talent.
Can you share with us one of your favourite success stories?
There are many success stories that I have been involved with over my career, including leading the Facility Management and Workplace team for Woodside’s new HQ, Mia Yellagonga; relocation of Wood plc into its new Asia Pacific HQ at 240 St Georges Terrace; and management of the regional expansion of Microsoft throughout Asia, including sourcing properties in Shanghai, Singapore, Beijing, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Kuala Lumpur. However my favourite moments are working with small and growing organisations and being a part of their journey.
What do you hope to achieve in 2020?
2020 will be a growth year for Factorre, with a number of engagements across Western Australia, and a potential contract role in Singapore in Q2. I look forward to the opportunity to share my corporate real estate experience with as many firms as possible.
