Spacecubed is a Social Enterprise, designed to support 100,000 Entrepreneurs by 2025. Our coworking and collaborative spaces, entrepreneurial hubs, programs and events move people from ideas to action. Our community is tackling some of the big social, environmental and economic challenges of our time.
The program manager will lead a highly-effective team and ensure the successful delivery of key Spacecubed programs such as Plus Eight, Perth{web}Girls and Meshpoints. The program manager is also in charge of developing the pipeline for programs as well as creating and managing relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Business development and relationship management for existing programs
- Oversee program strategy and execution
- Achieve growth targets for current and new products and services
- Prospect for potential new partners and customers and meet potential partners by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
- Become the primary contact for active sponsors and partners
- Assisting and supporting the Plus Eight Entrepreneur in Residence
- Regular communication with startup teams - chasing agreements, documents, financial reports
- Corporate partnership engagement
- Lead expansion of Spacecubed programs to other markets
- Be an advocate for the WA Startup community by proactively attending outside events
- Documentation of procedures and processes
- Financial management and reporting against budgets
- Public speaking - opening events
- Report generation for sponsors/funders

- Work with the team to deliver a great customer experience
