Workplace Concierge; Full Time, Perth

The Workplace Concierge is the go-to person for the Spacecubed community and delivers exceptional resident and visitor experiences in every interaction. They are in charge of opening and closing the space when required, managing the front desk, maintaining the space throughout the day, as well as office duties such as directing enquiries, keeping the space organised and working with the General Manager. 

You will strive to provide an exceptional customer experience to members and ensure the quiet enjoyment of the residents. The success of our company is primarily based on our people and their commitment to outstanding customer service.

Events and Operations Coordinator; Full Time, Parramatta (NSW)

The Events and Operations Coordinator is the go-to person for the community and will be in charge of opening and closing the space, managing the host desk, maintaining the space throughout the day, as well as office duties such as directing enquiries, keeping the space organised and working with the WSSH General Manager. 

The position also involves assisting in the setting up and running of events in our spaces. You will strive to provide an exceptional customer experience to the attendees and to ensure the quiet enjoyment of the residents while delivering excellent event service. The success of our company is primarily based on our people and their commitment to outstanding customer service.

This position requires flexibility as events might require out-of-hours events, initiative to help us create a vibrant and flourishing startup community at the newly restored WSSH, top-notch customer experiences by learning the ins and outs of our community and providing a warm welcome at our host desks and at events.

She Codes Community Coordinator; Full Time, Parramatta (NSW)

The Community Coordinator will be our person on the ground in Sydney, building community in the startup hub as well as supporting our team of mentors and facilitators for a range of programs. This means building relationships, and getting involved from a hands-on perspective to assure the space, format, logistics, and anything else required is running smoothly. 

It will be a requirement that the person filling this position is available for flexible work hours in the hub, and is available Tuesdays 5.30pm - 8.30pm and Saturdays 9am - 1pm as a friendly, familiar face for the She Codes cohort. This role will also include connecting with the local tech community, going to meetups and events, and connecting with mentors and industry partners.

She Codes Lead Educator; Full Time or Part Time, Remote Role

At She Codes, we run three levels of programs including a one day workshop, a one week taster program, and Plus, our part-time, six month program.

The Lead Educator is responsible for the overall content and delivery of the teaching components of the above She Codes programs. In some instances this means the actual teaching and delivery, and in other instances this may be training and/or supporting the lead mentor in the lead up to the program, giving and receiving feedback, and providing suggestions for continuous improvement.
