What you will bring to the role…

As Spacecubed’s Facilities Attendant you’ll ensure the utmost cleanliness and hygiene of our Perth CBD locations, ensuring comfort and peace of mind for all Spacecubed members. 

You will strive to provide an exceptional in space experience through your eye for detail, can do attitude and commitment to outstanding presentation across Spacecubed’s four Flexible Office locations within the Perth CBD.

The Details:
This is a Part Time Role with allocated shifts, as below:

Monday: 6:00AM - 2:00PM 

Tuesday: 7:00AM - 11:00AM 

Wednesday: 7:00AM - 11:00AM 

Thursday: 7:00AM - 11:00AM 

Friday: 7:00AM - 11:00AM 

The position is based at FLUX, 191 St Georges Terrace. As the Facilities Attendant you will be required to move daily between Spacecubed’s sites, all of which are located on St Georges Terrace. 

Role-specific responsibilities:

• Open and prepare all Spacecubed’s CBD locations for daily operation
• Preparation and sanitisation of  all shared work areas and common spaces
• Preparation and sanitisation of dedicated meeting and event spaces
• Distribution and re-stocking of supplies across all spaces
• Additional cleaning when required
• Ensuring Spacecubed’s presentation and hygiene standards are upheld.
