Carole’s journey into leadership wasn’t conventional. She is a former sound engineer, and she was determined to pursue her ambitions and make things happen on her own terms. That drive now fuels her work with high achievers — the quiet powerhouses behind the scenes who are ready to step into the spotlight, define success for themselves, and expand their influence.
Through Leadership Activators, Carole works with leaders who are exceptional at what they do but don’t always feel confident fully owning their authority. Looking ahead 10 years, Carole sees herself continuing this work with even greater depth, refining a values-led approach to leadership and expanding her impact to those who influence future generations — particularly individuals shaping and guiding children.
