Are you a local entrepreneur looking to take your startup idea to the next level? The Plus Eight Pre-Accelerator program is back, and we're thrilled to announce that applications are now open for our October cohort in both Perth and Western Sydney!
The program which will run over 6 weeks is designed specifically for early-stage startup founders. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to refine your business model, this program offers the content, mentorship, and community you need to accelerate your growth.
Running once a week, outside of business hours, through each session you will engage with expert mentors, learn actionable business skills, and connect with other entrepreneurs who share the same passion and drive.
Leading the Perth program is Britney Victor, a seasoned facilitator with a strong passion for entrepreneurship and a track record of helping startups achieve their business growth goals. With a strong background in business innovation and coaching, she has successfully led growth initiatives across Southeast Asia. Now based in Perth, she's actively involved in running pre-accelerator sprints and supporting entrepreneurial growth through programs like the Plus Eight Leap founder bootcamp and the She Thrives women in leadership series.
Leading the Sydney program is Caroline Lepron, the visionary founder of Skoutli and a serial entrepreneur with extensive experience in building and scaling marketplaces. Caroline’s diverse background, which includes founding multiple successful ventures like FreshPLate and Cookitoo, coupled with her global experience from studying in France, Mexico, and Australia, makes her an invaluable facilitator.

Every session is designed to directly impact your business, with opportunities to work on specific projects, receive feedback from seasoned professionals, and connect with fellow entrepreneurs. Plus, you'll join a thriving Australia-wide community of over 1,000 founders supporting your journey.
This October, we're excited to bring the program to both Perth and Western Sydney, offering entrepreneurs in these regions the chance to build, grow, and succeed with the support of our extensive network. Each week, you will learn different key topics such as validation and customer testing, product and prototyping and growth marketing. Then, at the end of the program, you will have the chance to showcase your refined ideas to industry leaders, potential investors and a community of supporters at our exclusive Pitch Night.
Thanks to the sponsorship provided by the City of Perth, the Perth program is available at a subsidised cost of $500 per Startup (usually $3000). There are also partial scholarships and full scholarships available.
Thanks to the support of Investment NSW, the Western Sydney program is exclusive and free for all businesses owned or operated in Western Sydney, comprising 14 local government areas.
