Spacecubed returns with Investor Office Hours at West Tech Fest for 2022
After successfully launching in 2021, Spacecubed is returning with our Investor Office Hours series, running as part of West Tech Fest. Throughout the week, individuals have the opportunity to meet with potential investors directly and discuss what they are currently working on, get feedback on specific business challenges and discover new opportunities available.
Over 3 days in 2021, there were over 100 sessions run for between well known industry professionals and startups, including leading names from Woodside, Perth Angels, BetterLabs, Larsen Ventures, Diaspora Ventures and others. All of the sessions were free for West Tech Fest attendees, and 78% of the participants involved were local founders.
Because of the success in 2021, we’re opening up the bookings for the general public this year, giving local founders direct access to booking sessions. Individuals will have the choice between booking a virtual session, or connecting in person at the WTF Conference with mentors and investors from GiantLeap, Alberts, Upswell Ventures, Afterwork Ventures, Woodside, and many more.
“It’s great to bring back the Office Hours Program in 2022 and bridge the gap between investors and local founders. Each session is a chance for founders to have direct and open conversations about their ideas, businesses and find new opportunities.” Brodie McCulloch, Founder and Managing Director of Spacecubed shared.
