Mirvac, a leading, diversified Australian property group, with an integrated development and asset management capability and a strong innovation culture has chosen to partner with Spacecubed in 2020 to deliver premium flex space in Perth.

Described as an icon-reimagined Fern, the new flex space will house three levels within Allendale Square, also activating the lobby area.

As seen in 2017 in partnership with Hawaiian, Spacecubed designed and activated FLUX located inside Parmelia House, a collaborative workspace occupying 3,000sqm over four floors including the lobby, the basement, level one, six and seven at 191 St Georges Terrace, Perth.

Through coworking space, resident desks and private offices, Fern is a space where people can escape, recharge and be inspired, right in the centre of Perth.

Supporting over 800 members every day across five coworking spaces spanning from Mandurah to Yanchep, Spacecubed is committed to supporting entrepreneurship and innovation through Spaces, Community and Technology.

Due to high demand, Fern pre-registration has already begun.  For more information visit hello.spacecubed.com/fern
