The Plus Eight Accelerator program, a flagship initiative of Spacecubed, propels startups towards success by providing essential tools, mentorship, and seed-funding. Since its launch in 2016, the Plus Eight Accelerator has consistently supported startups from early-stage ideas to market-ready solutions. To date, we have invested $3.7 million in local startups, with an additional $16 million in follow-on investment, and our current portfolio valuation exceeds $110+ million. This positions Plus Eight as a cornerstone of the innovation ecosystem in Australia.

We are thrilled to announce the exceptional startups that have made it through to Phase Two of the 2024 Plus Eight Accelerator. These innovative companies have impressed our program partners and investors with their groundbreaking ideas and potential for growth. They will now benefit with access to a pool of $1.2 million in seed funding, an international immersion trip to London, and will gain the prestigious opportunity to pitch for further investment at our highly anticipated Demo Night in October.

Without further ado, let’s meet this year’s startups!

Following the immersion, these startups will prepare for Demo Night, our flagship event where they will have the chance to pitch their innovations to a room full of investors, industry leaders, and potential partners. Held in October at the Heath Ledger Theatre, this event is a pivotal moment for these startups to secure follow-on investment and further accelerate their growth.
