The 2025 Plus Eight Accelerator Phase One cohort is here, and they’ve hit the ground running. This year’s group is a diverse mix of passionate founders tackling real-world problems, ready to test ideas, grow fast, and make a meaningful impact across industries, all from right here in Western Australia.

This year, we’re proud to be supporting more startups than ever before, with 16 high-potential companies joining our 2025 Plus Eight Accelerator Phase One cohort. This growth isn’t just a number, it’s a clear signal that Western Australia’s innovation ecosystem is thriving. By expanding the reach of our accelerator, we’re giving more founders access to the resources, networks, and capital they need to succeed, right here at home.

Following an intense full-day bootcamp at The Hub, Bentley Technology Park in April, and a flurry of sharp pitches delivered to expert mentors, seasoned founders, industry leaders, and the Plus Eight team, these 16 exceptional startups were welcomed into Phase One of the program. Now, they’re diving deep into structured startup education, weekly one-on-one mentorship, and impactful Entrepreneur-in-Residence sessions with the brilliant Dr. Marcus Tan (co-founder of HealthEngine), all as they build momentum towards the Phase Two pitch in June.

Let’s meet this year's trailblazers!
