To find out more about her coworking experience at FLUX and her place as part of the Spacecubed community, we decided to put the spotlight on Lisa;
Why did you choose FLUX?
“I always travel to my clients, so it was important for me to have a CBD base to focus. I love the CBD atmosphere as an Architect, and the businesses in FLUX are established so there is a real energy of productivity. The fit out is impressive too, with a studio feel, it appeals to Architects,” said Lisa, (book your tour here).
What do you love most about the coworking space?
“The people. Although you’re not working together, there is a real sense of comradery. I’ve had fascinating chats with Engineers, Technical geniuses and lawyers, it’s great to keep up-to-date with other disciplines as inevitably, we all feed into one another.”
What are your proudest moments as an Architect?
“Elizabeth Quay is up the top for sure. I managed the design consultants for two years, and it was amazing, the pressure was intense but it’s a privilege to have worked on a project of that scale,” explained Lisa.
Having worked as an Architect for four years and with experience on projects including; Elizabeth Quay, BMW, the refurbishment of a hydroelectric power stations and mill into interactive residences, renovating a 150 year old Georgian building in Dublin City Centre and with a new development approved in Leederville, Lisa’s diverse project background has allowed her to network with a range of industry professionals at FLUX.
