1. How did your startup/business journey begin?
Honestly it began when I was 17 and one day dreamed of being a revolutionary leader in change within the world of maternity care! Nearly 8 years later, finally all my degrees in my hand I can start planting those seeds! A big catalyst for starting my business journey is not wanting to work shift work for the rest of my life and actually wanting to make a deeper impact on women and families lives. So that passion to help women and families on a deeper level is definitely the drive to start my own business.
2. What are you working on at the moment?
The big thing I am working on at the moment is the content production of my Birth Without Barriers Podcast and also planning the outline of my future birth education workshops I am hoping to start up once I have a handle on the podcasting world.
3. What do you love about being a part of the Spacecubed community?
Currently I am vibing with the space! I love the energy and the layout. And also I am super excited to network and connect with other business owners who are out there trying to follow their passions!
4. Can you share with us one of your favourite success stories?
I think my all time favourite story will always be the Thank You and look of adoration in women's eyes I receive when women feel successful and empowered in their birth and postpartum journey. There is no single one I can favourite out. They are all so special to me.
5. What do you hope to achieve in 2019/2020?
I am hoping to achieve a successful launch of both my podcast and birth workshops, and hopefully also a speaking gig or two! I am wanting to raise a lot more awareness around Mental Health and motherhood.
